JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will
- perform counter sales betting for products such as TOTO, 4D, Sweep and Sports,
- process claims for winning tickets
- assist in products’ enquiry from customers
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to handle cash (previous cashier/teller experience is ideal)
- Able and willing to handle challenging customers (prior customer service experience is ideal)
- Able and willing to work shift on weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays
- At least Secondary education preferred
Training will be provided for suitable candidates
