Responsibilities:

1. Admin Assistant

Provide administrative support
Ensure smooth operations
Perform a variety of ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Work under general supervision; typically reporting to a supervisor or manager.
Handling Phone Calls, Filling, Basic accounting knowledge an advantage
Requirements:

Mininum GCE 'O' Level/ SPM/ DiplomaGood attitute, Meticulous & able to work independently

Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)Poficient in MS Word & Excel
Team player with pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal & communication skill
Only Singaporean/PR/Malaysian need apply
Fresh Graduate are welcome
