I'm the main tenant of this house. I have a 3 year lease on this house. I've been living here for about 5 months. I travel often. At times I'm not in Singapore for months. I'm looking for a tenant who is looking for a long term stay and to share my house with. The rent includes utilities, Wireless broadband & MIO TV. Its a 3 bedroom 2 storey loft. Currently the occupants there are myself and a female tenant and we both travel often. We would like to invite someone to share the house with.
All rooms come with air con and fully furnished with a bed and 2 cupboards and a chest of drawers. We're both very easy people to live with and very flexible. We don't mind if its a male or female as long as you are someone who is neat and tidy. There's loads of eateries in the surrounding neighbourhood at neighbourhood priced convenient stalls nearby.
Once a week, we have an Indonesian maid who comes and cleans the house and its common areas. Cooking is allowed.. As long as you don't leave the kitchen in a messed up state after your done cooking.
